Seminar: How to be successful in the retail sector?

On March 20, 2019, a retail seminar "Innovative technological solutions increase the positive customer experience", took place at Apollo Mustamäe Cinema in Tallinn. The event was organised by Hansab AS.

The main emphasis on the seminar was on the following questions:

• How to make the most of the technology in order to influence customer behavior?
• How to be successful in the retail sector while the sales is moving more towards e-channels?
• How the consumer’s shopping journey develops and how to map it better?
• What are the future directions of payment instruments?

The seminar had great presentations from our partners and opinion leaders. Kaidi Reedi from iRetail Estonia made an interesting presentation about the customer shopping journey. Rainer Olt, the Chief Specialist of the Payment and Settlement Systems Department of Eesti Pank, spoke about current and future trends in payment instruments. 
Our suppliers, such as NCR, a manufacturer of cash and self-service systems, Glory Global Solutions, a cash handling solutions manufacturer, SES-imagotag, a manufacturer of electronic price tags, Extenda Retail, a commercial software developer, and Evolis, a card printer manufacturer added interesting market insights directly from the retail field.
