Celebrating 50 Years of ATMs with NCR

The world's first automated cash dispenser -- later known as an Automated Teller Machine -- was inaugurated at the Enfield branch of Barclays Bank in London on 27th June 1967. This device was invented by John Shepherd-Barron and his team at De La Rue Instruments Ltd. Hansab, meanwhile, has worked with NCR ATM sales and services since 1999, making it a solid 18 years. It's an incremental part of Hansab operations and will continue to play a key role.

Humanoid robot Pepper to assist customers in Telia’s new headquarters

Hansab brings an innovative customer registration and space management system to Telia’s new headquarters opening at Mustamäe tee 3. The use of the system by the customers will be assisted by the humanoid robot Pepper. 

Telia’s new headquarters are unlike any typical office environment. An activity-based office will be set up so that each person can choose where and with whom to work at a particular moment of time. This is why a fast, simple and automated customer registration and space management system is particularly important.

Hansab Won Again the Best Security Solution 2016 Award

On the 3rd of May, Estonian Security Association announced Estonia’s best security employees and solutions. The best Security Solution 2016 award went to Hansab for the second year in a row (and altogether for the 7th time). This time, for the automatic access control and traffic management system in ferry harbours worked out for TS Laevad OÜ.

The New 50-euro Banknote Was Launched

The new €50 was introduced in the 19 countries of the euro area on 4 April 2017. It is the fourth banknote in the Europa series and is now circulating alongside the new €5, €10 and €20.
