Entringo Parking and Access Solution in the Avala Quarter

Limited and costly parking is a great point of concern for office buildings. At Avala, one of the newest business districts in Tallinn, tenants and visitors have nearly 850 parking spaces available to them, the majority of which are situated in the parking house. 
 
At the end of 2020, Hansab installed the Entringo vehicle parking and access system in the parking lots of the Avala Quarter, which enables the real-estate developer, Kaamos Kinnisvara, to arrange parking for contracted tenants and guests in the parking garage and garage under the Electra building. 
 
Entringo is a ticket-free parking and access system based on automatic vehicle number identification. The Avala solution consists of three entrances and exits. Access rights are managed centrally through the Entringo platform.  
 
In addition to the parking system, we delivered a vehicle counting solution, which consists of eight counting points, where Mobilisis two-way counting sensors are used for counting. Mobilisis smart sensor network, combined with informative LED displays provide customers with up-to-date information regarding availability of free parking spots.
