How is traffic managed in a parking building with 1118 spaces?

Business Garden Vilnius is one of the largest office complex in Lithuania, welcoming thousands of employees and visitors every day. Managing such a flow requires reliable and smart parking infrastructure. For this purpose, a multi-storey parking building with 1118 spaces has been installed in the complex, for which Hansab designed and implemented an intelligent entry and vehicle flow management system.
Smart Entry and Exit Management
A new vehicle entry control system has been implemented in the parking building – Entringo terminals with high-speed barriers and LCD screens. The solution saves space, has a clean, modern look, and allows drivers to instantly see their vehicle image, helping avoid issues caused by misread license plates. Safety radars in the passage area ensure the barrier does not close if a person or obstacle is detected. This is a solution designed to ensure safe and smooth movement.
Parking Guidance System – Faster Orientation
Inside the parking building, a Circontrol parking guidance system has been installed, providing real-time availability and directing drivers to free spaces. Each parking space is equipped with its own sensor, and color indicators clearly show whether a space is free, reserved for electric vehicles, for people with disabilities, or already in use. Display boards on each level show live availability, making navigation easier, reducing congestion, and shortening the time needed to find a parking spot.
Convenient access to the building and payment options
At the entrances to the parking building, weather-resistant tablets have been installed, allowing entry by entering the vehicle’s license plate number or using an employee card. When leaving, parking can be paid via the Unipark mobile app or by bank card at the exit terminal.
Centralized Management – Everything in One Platform
All parking infrastructure is managed through a single platform, where availability can be monitored in real time, equipment controlled, settings configured, and changes handled instantly. This enables smooth management of different companies’ vehicles and ensures a convenient daily experience for drivers.
