Park Inn by Radisson Central Tallinn is a cosy family hotel located right in the centre of Tallinn, yet in a quiet and peaceful courtyard. The hotel has 245 rooms, a conference center, a restaurant and a beauty salon. The modern hotel rooms are equipped with contemporary equipment and reception is warm and friendly.
As the hotel has several administrative rooms (kitchens, storage rooms, technical rooms, office, etc.), which are used by many different employees, the hotel was looking for an effective solution for key management. Hansab offered the solutions – electronic key cabinet Creone Keycontrol 9500 SC.
Keycontrol series cabinets are so-called intelligent key cabinets, that allow you to monitor and control the use of each key separately. Cabinet is equipped with an electronic lock, and the administrator can determine which keys can be accessed. The user will immediately see what keys he / she is allowed to take, these keys are visible in the menu and visually marked with green lightning, and forbidden keys are locked. The administrator can see from they system menu, by who and when the key was taken. If the key is not returned within a certain time, the system sends a message to the administrator.
