Customer flow management solution at SYNLAB
SYNLAB Eesti is the largest medical laboratory in Estonia and has been operating since 1995. The main activity of SYNLAB is the provision of laboratory services to family doctors and medical specialists, hospitals, occupational health care centres and other institutions connected to the medical industry.
A convenient and smooth customer journey is the basis of the modern service process. Modern customer flow management system makes it possible to offer the customer a better quality of service, to ensure shorter waiting times and better working conditions for the employees as well.
In order to manage and organize the customer's journey, SYNLAB is using Qmatic Orchestra queuing system, which allows to centrally manage the work of service points located all over Estonia.
Qmatic Orchestra is designed to centrally manage the queues of different service points. Orchestra is a web-based, modular application platform designed for service-floor and enterprise-level solutions. The system combines customer solutions, service provider software, traditional queuing system hardware and after-service modules.
