Customer flow management system in the new Kaunas city public transport service center
In order to improve the quality of services provided at the new public transport center in Kaunas, we have implemented the time-tested customer flow management system Qmatic.
The system consists of a ticket terminal with an 8'' touch screen, where customers can select the service that is relevant to them and receive a leaflet with their queue number. The customers are called to the service stations according to the flashing number.
As the Kaunas city public transport center is located in the very center of the city, the flow of visitors is very intensive here. With the introduction of the customer flow management system, visitor service has become more efficient and convenient for visitors.
