Hansab Recognized for Innovation at Qmatic Partner Summit 2025

We are proud to share that Hansab took part in the Qmatic Partner Summit 2025 in Rome — a two-day event that brought together industry leaders, innovators, and partners from around the world.

The summit was filled with energy, collaboration, and forward-thinking discussions. Together with Qmatic and partners, we explored the company’s new management strategy - Q-World vision, unveiled new innovations across product and platform, and celebrated the achievements that are shaping the future of customer journey management.

Throughout the event, participants engaged in strategic keynotes, interactive sessions, and networking moments that reinforced the power of partnership. A highlight of the summit was the Partner Awards Ceremony, where outstanding contributions to innovation and growth were recognized.

Hansab has been working with Qmatic for over three decades, having started the partnership in 1993. After six years, it was great to finally attend a live seminar again. The Partner Summit 2025 gave us valuable insights into Qmatic’s new development roadmap, which we see as highly relevant for expanding into new business areas — especially the SME market will be back in focus, which we’ve been looking to re-engage with since the Solo project.

We also had the opportunity to meet other partners, some of whom could be potential collaborators for our Entirngo solutions.

We are proud to announce that two of our colleagues — Mantas Budraitis and Kristo Kaljuvee — received Innovation Leader Awards for their creativity and leadership in delivering solutions that drive transformation for clients. Big thanks to the Qmatic CEO David Larsson for the event and recognition.

Mantas Budraitis was recognized for his work on relaunching Qmatic sales in the Lithuanian market, where he successfully beat the local competition. His efforts have significantly contributed to re-establishing Qmatic’s presence and growth in the region.

Kristo Kaljuvee was honored for securing major deals in the healthcare sector, winning contracts with leading hospitals through comprehensive Orchestra solutions that included a wide range of integrations. His achievements have significantly strengthened Qmatic’s position in this vertical.
Their achievements highlight Hansab’s ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centric transformation.

Professionalism is more than expertise — it’s a mindset of continuous growth, collaboration, and curiosity that drives our people to deliver excellence every day.

As Qmatic’s Channel Directors emphasized during the summit, the next phase of partnership will focus on growth, innovation, and mutual success under the shared framework of Q-World.

We look forward to continuing this journey — building smarter, more connected experiences for our customers.

P.S. Did you know that Hansab was the first company in the Baltics to introduce queue management to the market? Imagine if we all had to wait in line at the stores or hospitals.
