The Road Traffic Safety Directorate (Latvian abbreviation – CSDD) is a stateowned stock company established to provide and develop high-quality services related to the registration and technical supervision of road vehicles, qualification of drivers,
registration of pleasure watercrafts intended for inland waterways and qualification of drivers thereof.
For the branches of CSDD, Hansab installed the latest generation of customer flow management system, which is complemented by a central TV screen and an outdoor display. Digital Signage shows current information regarding the status of
queues and called numbers and multimedia information content by CSDD.
The proposed solution is simple, easily understandable to the client, while at the same time very flexible and efficient.
