In order to make the maintenence more accessible and convenient, Green Motors together with Hansab created a non-standard solution - a key cabinet/parcel locker, which provides the opportunity to hand over or receive a car from 24/7.
"Continuous improvement of the customer experience is part of our essence, so the key cabinet was included in the company's development concept," comments CEO of Green Motors Andris Sivickis.
"The biggest benefits are service availability and increased service speed. This applies to quick, contactless delivery or pick-up of a car both during and outside of working hours."
Especially for Green Motors needs
Since such an approach is one of the first in the Baltics, the hardware and software were developed completely individually, listening to the needs of Green Motors for the functionality of the locker.
"I have already called it unique solution. In this particular situation, we have created it from scratch. I would definitely like to thank Hansab - both for the desire to undertake the implementation of the project and for the ability to listen," continues Sivickis.
How does it work?
The principle is simple: the customer comes to the dealership, puts the necessary items in the locker. When the locker door is closed, the maintenance manager receives infomation and contacts customer to agree on the details.
After the car service is done, the customer receives an SMS with a pin to open the locker door. In the locker there are stored keys and relevant documentation (or spare car parts).
