Self-service kiosk for Elisa

Elisa Eesti tried to find a solution to the staff’s occupancy problem as during certain periods a lot of clients visited the shop to pay invoices and the staff was really busy. Besides, Elisa wanted to provide the opportunity for the clients to load talktime to prepaid cards. 

In 2015, the project of self-service payment solution was launched, during which a kiosk with unique design was created, taking into consideration the payment technique, client wishes and Elisa corporative colours and style. The outcome was a kiosk where client can pay invoices and load talktime to prepaid card using card or cash payment. The device accepts bills and coins, all transactions are made in real time and information immediately reaches Elisa billing system. 

Already in April 2016, most of the clients paid their invoices through kiosk. The clients’ waiting time is shorter and Elisa sales personnel have more time to sell devices or solve problems. As the project has been successful, Elisa plans to start using the payment kiosks in more shops.
