Security Solutions in the Liepų Parkas Project in Klaipėda

Liepų Parkas is a modern commercial real estate complex being developed on a 3.6-hectare site on Liepų Street in Klaipėda. The project plans to include up to 20,000 m² of A++ class office, retail, and service spaces. The development connects the city center with the rapidly growing suburban areas.
During the first stage, Hansab implemented comprehensive electronic security solutions: fire alarm systems, access control, intrusion alarm, video surveillance, and LAN network. These systems ensure the safety of the building and its surroundings and allow centralized system management.
An impressive 83 km of cabling
In addition to security systems, the project includes more than 83 km of cabling, 52 km of which is dedicated to the network for the server room and other infrastructure. This system ensures above-average data transfer speed and reliability.
The result
During the first stage, an independent electronic security infrastructure was established to provide complete protection for the building and the entire area. The installed systems allow centralized monitoring and control of all measures, while the modern IT network provides a reliable foundation for the facility’s operations.
Further development
The Liepų Parkas project is being implemented in several stages, covering different buildings. Currently, we are working on the third stage, where technological solutions are being applied to ensure a high level of security and convenient infrastructure management for each facility.
