Following the transaction, Replicant IT will continue as an independent company with its own brand, identity and value proposition. The company’s founders, Tauno Telvik and Janno Jõgisu, will continue actively in their current roles: Tauno Telvik will continue as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Management Board, while Janno Jõgisu will continue as Network Architect. Hansab Group CEO Janno Kallikorm will join Replicant IT’s Management Board.
Following the transaction, Replicant IT and Hansab Group’s existing IT services teams will be merged into a unified whole, creating significantly better capability to support both current and future customers.

What Changes for Customers
For Replicant IT’s existing customers, day-to-day contacts and the content of the service will not change – Tauno Telvik and Janno Jõgisu will continue in the same roles. At the same time, new opportunities will open up: the expanded team brings additional competence, greater scale enables faster response times, and Hansab Group’s international presence opens the door to several new markets.
Going forward, Hansab Group’s customers will have the opportunity, in addition to existing services, to procure both IT infrastructure and cybersecurity technology and services through their existing partner.
