C2’s solutions are used by more than 75% of Finland’s population. Originally a lighting control company, C2 has expanded into security, traffic and parking solutions since Hansab Group acquired it in 2025. The company employs more than 40 people and has annual revenue of over EUR 5 million.
Karttunen joins from Megger. He was previously CEO of Distence, which he built from an R&D company into an international business before its acquisition by Megger in 2024. He has also held leadership roles at Certego (Assa Abloy) and Securitas Systems.
