Daily life in Klaipėda and the Kuršių Nerija is unimaginable without the Smiltynė ferry. To make visitors’ journeys even more convenient, the Hansab team implemented a project that included the installation of new self-service kiosks and the upgrade of pedestrian control and ferry access gates.

The main goal of the client was to introduce reliable self-service kiosks suitable for outdoor use and allowing tickets to be purchased at any time of the day. The Hansab team ensured that the system is intuitive for both visitors and administrators, and that the ticket purchasing process is smooth and fast.

In this project, the Hansab team was responsible for the entire technical scope – from equipment installation to system integration and testing. In addition, the company provides maintenance and support services for these systems, ensuring their reliable operation.

The result is a durable, reliable, and convenient solution that simplifies the daily routine of thousands of travelers and contributes to an improved visitor experience at the Smiltynė ferry.
