In its newest restaurant, Crisperia wanted to test the drive-through ordering and pickup solution, which is slowly conquering the market and becoming an integral component of fast-food restaurants.

We implemented the project using a communication solution with electromagnetic loops and outdoor speakers/microphones. We have also installed professional screens for menu rendering. They are managed centrally using special software.

This innovation makes it possible to accept customer orders faster and more conveniently – without getting out of the car. It also saves the restaurant‘s staff time and shortens the order management process.

The Crisperia restaurant chain has been cooperating with Hansab for many years in the implementation of various technological solutions. However, it was the first drive-through project implemented for both companies.

After implementing this project, we successfully increased our range of services with DECT solutions. They can be applied to improve operational efficiency in the fields of production, logistics, trade, service, and restaurant management.

We are happy with the trust shown by our partners and with our implemented project. We believe that this is only the beginning and in the future, we will be able to offer more high-quality, innovative, time- and resource-saving business solutions.
